WARMUP: Left on Strawberry to the light at 51. Did a little bit of dynamic stretching. THE THANG: run to the Dunkin’ Donuts at Rea & Colony by way of 51. Run back. If time permits run bump to bumps on Strawberry. Round trip approx 5 miles.
All running pax were able to make it to Dunkin in the allotted time. Several pax got in some extra distance via B2Bs on Strawberry. @wildturkey and @sledge rucked. Our typical walker crew all decided to stay in the fartsack this week. So sad…
Despite the threat of rain we only got a little wet at the start. The SlimCast was working overtime this morning to keep us dry.
