Seven Pax came out for chest day. GOP was out for the count due to a back issue (good vibes go out to him for a speedy recovery) so YHC took the Q. After moseying to the deck (including butt kicks, high knees, karaoke L/R) we circled up on the poop deck to catch a breeze. Side Straddle/Imperial Walker/LSS/Mountain Climber and Merkins. YHC forgot how to start a set, thankfully the Pax stepped up to remind me to say, “Exercise!” Once loose we partnered up for 100 merkins/LBC/squats with alternating runs across the deck. With sweat starting to drip we knocked out planks, 6 inches, L/R arm high, J. Lo, and wall sits with overhead presses, before heading to a figure 8 workout with handslap merkins and big boy sit ups in the middle.
Great seeing Udder and Tagalong out in the gloom and hearing about potential hidden caches of weights around our site, including more than a few sand filled detergent bottles.
After a Mary session (Flutter/Dolly/Rosalita/Protractor/Boone LBC/American Hammer) we pushed through a set of Step Ups/Dips/Derkins. With time running out we finished with suicide sprints, you call it merkins, and last but not least 60 seconds of Shavasana.
