AMRAP challenge. Consists of about a 1/3 mile lap with 7 exercise stations along the route. 30 minutes to complete as many laps as possible. Stations included:

Impressive push by the PAX. EVERY returning AMRAPer beat their previous performance by a significant amount. Great job! We will try and beat these distances on the last Friday of every month. Here are the results:
