When asked for demo/meaning, it was basically “Heels to Heaven”, but with the clarification that Duke wasn’t going to Memphis.

Finish up with various ab exercises called out by PAX – Not sure how long Paper jam worked on the Heels to Memphis call, but it was worth it!
