24 PAX (including 2 FNGs) went easy on the Pepsi and avoided sleeping in the hide-a-bed with Fuller the night before only to arrive this morning and completely wet the bed in this week’s edition of Peak 51.
After a good welcome and THE most professional disclaimer the world had ever heard (YHC always makes sure to use the phrasing “you assume any and all liability by attending this work out and you cannot hold me or F3 responsible for anything that may or may not happen”…most of that is out of the Booyah Risk Management Handbook entitled “They Ain’t Gonna Git Me!” On shelves everywhere), <comma> we went on with it for a long lap around the grounds.
Furthermore, Tclaps to YHC who always has a stockpile of extra gloves (yours for a low low offer of $10,000…your move, Pharma Bro) for when we dance with asphalt and concrete, as you’ll find out later….

COT
- With the warm up lap, added to the 3 laps we ran, plus the stuff in between…got us to nearly 2 miles of distance.
- Welcome Cross Stitch (d/b/a Barry), who has been married 13 years, 2 kids, and obviously a fan of fine fabrics as one of the PAX quickly pointed out the finely knit hoodie hand-warm pockets on his pullover.
- Welcome Cocktail (d/b/a Steve), a closeted Gamecock fan (as if his Gamecock-clad Under Armour didn’t give it away) and bartender who heard about F3 from a relative in Greenville who posts regularly. Record name-o-rama here, fellas.
Moleskine
- I love this group of guys and this AO. Every one of them, solid human beings. Strong teamwork and team effort out there this morning, men. Really proud to see/hear the encouragement.
- Tweetsie and Lois – a package deal like…like…toilets and toilet paper, that’s it…looking like straight up VETS out there today.
- Good to BS with Booyah for a bit
- Keep posting, Elizabeth. And thanks for my gloves back.
Thanks to Slim Fast for taking us out.
