- Speed Bump Suicides with 5 merkins at each speed bump
- Mary (15 x crunch, 15 x toe tap crunch, 15 x LBC, 15 x pistol crunch right leg out, 15 x pistol crunch left leg out, 15 x side merkins to the right, 15 x side merkins to the left, 15 x Chippy cross, 15 x no name mary to the left, 15 x no name mary to the right
- Back to speed bumps, 5 x merkins, 5 x Burpee, 10 x merkins, 10 x burped, 15 x merkins, 15 x burpee (pattern for each speed bump)
- walking 10 count and slight jog to parking lot by Smoke.
- Repeat Mary above with 10 counts with merkins in between (10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2)
- Recovery
Great work by all today, not a lot of talk other than Pop Tart typical comments. Hope everyones abs hurt this morning.
