- Grab a lifting rock. One that allows you to do high # of reps. Set to the side
- 50 merkins OYO
- 50 jump squats OYO
- 50 overhead press OYO
- 50 lunges (25 each leg) OYO
- Mosey from church approx .8 mile back to OPES snackshack area
- 50 derkins OYO
- 50 step-ups OYO
- Mosey around baseball fields to playground
- 50 Pullups OYO
- 50 free standing squats
- Take long way back to parking lot
- 50 merkins OYO
- 50 LBCs OYO

Good group of men. All in 500 reps. Right at 2.4 miles on the feet.

- This Saturday 6/4 Q-School for Area 51. At 6:00am Arboretum near ABC store. About 1 hour of Q school then some good congregation at Panera
