#PreBlast – Location CHANGE 1 Week ONLY – Fitness Tests

The Twitter people have spoken (well, 7 of them) at https://twitter.com/bratwurst_f3/status/721348829715546116 , and it is agreed to push the 1 Mile Time Trial out 1 month to May 17th (week of the Fast5). However, we’ll still have Swift at Community House Middle School tomorrow, but we’ll have a different kind of Fitness Test planned (still doesn’t involve merkins).

The THANG:

0500 – Prerun
0515 – Start warm-up
0530 – Begin first test – 1 mile race simulation
0545 – Begin second test – The BEEP test – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=weEe4V0Ot2Y
0600 – done for those that need to leave early
0615 – Full COT

Location = Community House Middle School – 9500 Community House Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277. Park in Bus Entrance Lot north of school.
