Hairburn to nowhere

First time Qing Commitment and I’ve had EEs plates riding around in my truck for a month or so. This one will be EEs fault.

The Thang

IW IC x20
SSH IC x40
Mountain Climbers IC x20

Time for the first half of the show (20 minutes):
Divide into two teams with a plate for each team. One man hairburns as far as he can while the remainder of the men do an exercise. Then run and a new man takes on the plate. The exercises are:
LBCs x20
Merkins x15
Bomb Jacks x10
Burpees x5
The route is just around the big parking lot at Weddington so no real destination and the beauty of a circle is no ending. Just pain.

Halftime Show:
Run over to the wall. People’s Chair w/ Air Presses followed immediately by Donkey Kicks for 5 rounds increasing 25 APs and 5 Donkey Kicks each time:
1) 25/15, 2) 50/20, 3) 75/25, 4) 100/30, 5) 125/35. No wardrobe malfunction fortunately

2nd Half (18 minutes):
Hairburners again

2 minute warning:
APs/Donkey Kicks again in this order tapering down: 150/40, 100/30, 50/20

5 MOM attempted partially en Espanol and apparently failed according to Kevorkian.

EEs plates suck. No way around it. Long extended times with them are always gut checks.
Saw some great effort to get those plates going. These plates are a matter of brute force. Just get behind them and dig in and drive ’em.
Apparently, I was supposed to demo. Once you get the plates going, there is no stop till friction takes over. So, my demo was just my first round. Sorry about that.
So I’ve been attempting to learn the full cadence in Spanish. My middle and youngest daughters are in Spanish Immersion but they are only in 2nd grade and Kindergarten so I’ve been trying to use the iTranslate app and get my 2nd grader to teach me punctuation. But it’s tough to overcome redneck. Though someone mentioning that my redneck made me bilingual was pretty danged funny. Almost lost my cadence on that.
Speaking of which, you guys are as bad at counting in Spanish as the IT guys. Everyone can get to 10 it seems but 11 and beyond causes the most issues.
