Some mumbling on the true meaning of an up down, not sure it was resolved, saw some slight variations so may have to settle on it is what you want it to be. As long as you do the up and down part. Transporter thank you for keeping us in line on the step up counts.

From exercise lexicon:
Up downs: Chop your feet or high knees. On Q’s signal chest hits the dirt and bounce back up and resume chopping or high knees.

Think football drills.

We did flying squirrels or I have heard them called Spartan burpees also.

Good Q hoodie, Not sure where in the process I tweaked my back/neck but it didn’t show up until about 1 an hour after we finished. Went to the Chiropractor late day and he said I was still having muscle spasms trying to straighten my back out. You know it is a good workout when your muscles are still contracting several hours later….post workout calorie burn!
