The warm-up exercises were big crowd-pleasers. Not a muscle was pulled nor a ligament torn at the workout this morn.
20 jump ups is a lot harder the second time through. Lots of lactic acid build-up on the third set.
I second Bucky’s motion to name the hill on Community House. Do we have a name yet? By the way, I thought Swift got its name because it was a running workout. We saw a lot of shirtless standing around while we knocked out our burpees.
