For his first Q, Camacho wore his now famous green jacket with “Brasil” across the front. One thing was a given – we weren’t going to lose site of him! Big Tuna co-Q’d and led the second half. Both did a great job!

Warmup: Mosey to BB&T parking lot. Slow squat X 12, Peter Parkers X 11, Imperial walker X 10.
Workout: Run along Ballantyne Commons Pkway toward the parking garage. Half-way there the PAX stopped and formed a line shoulder width apart did a series of Burpees X 5, Merkins X 5, Squats X 5, and Turkish get-ups X 5 for 5 to 6 sets while a modified Indian Run was completed (instead of running – we did lunge walks til everyone finished). Ran the rest of the way to the parking garage and partnered.
Partner 1 ran to top of first level and back; partner 2 – Merkins. Repeat. The PAX ran to the second level. Parner 1 suicide runs. partner 2 donkey kicks. Ran to bottom of garage and handed off to Big Tuna.
