Bring your weary BRR legs to skunkworks tomorrow. There will be limited running but plenty of cardio work. We will be doing all of our work in the parking lot down by the steps if you want to use multiple KBs and drop a heavy bell off early. Exercises will include goblet squats, snatches, curls, 2 handed swings, skull crushers and Louganis, among others. Don’t be late, we will be on the clock.
