The rain was coming down but this did not keep 4 pax away from a day with Kettlebells. It was also Hackers virgin Q so we had to find out what he had planned. What we did find out was that YouTube can be a place to find a crazy workout.

Shoulder press with slight bend and straight opposite arm, 20 reps
