For those looking to throw around some weights, similar to what you’ve seen Tuesdays at Skunkworks – but with a few twists, come out for the new site launch tomorrow morning at Olympus. Site Q’s are The Hoff and Gullah. Located at Elizabeth Lane Elementary, Olympus promises to deliver a variety of routines focusing on building muscle, improving muscle endurance while still tesing your cardio each week. Bring a Kettle Bell or Weight and get ready to be tested.
