- After last week’s messy bear crawl bob and weave and the first ever Kevlar Twerk (thanks Tiger Rag), I was hoping that today would be more streamlined.
- Once the suicide work began there was very little chatter and that continued the rest of the work out. All and all, it went well and the guys worked super hard, even on that 20 burpee call out right after all the suicides…..
