Wheelbarrow with partner about 25 yards (avoiding fire ants); bear crawls (25 yards); crab walk (25 yards);
I don’t know the name, but I call it the “plank jump” (one partner planks; the other partner jumps over and then under the planking partner) – 1 minute. Love the taste of fresh cut grass!
Back to 42: Run 25 yards; 10 burpees – x 4 (except 12 on the last set of burpees to get to 42)
