Jog to stadium seats
Circuit work: 3x 5 derkins, 5step ups each…touch each stair…5 diamonds at top…recover down
Run to main entrance of school (w/lunges, backwards running on way). 5 burps then serpentine bear crawls thru the cones. Back to the fields…

In between the lines….10yds beasts…2 spider man merkins at each stop….full field. Again with 30 yds.
some 100 yd sprints with jump squats at the end
One more round of 10 yd beasts..for fun
AYG final sprint (Big Top special)

NM:
I have known Big Top for a long time. I know him well, we are basically family. Kids hang out with our kids, our Ms are tight. Even love his dog #true. But as long as I have known him, I have never seen him fly…and today, on the last sprint, he did. He annihilated the pax on the final 100 yd AYG. Tears were flowing…Joy. To watch the man get it…an express train from nashville tennessee ready to mow down anyone is his path. Was worth the whole workout.

Steinbrenner..quiet…wha?
Barker…runner. Yes #vivaraw
Tesla…awesome takeout, thanks for reminded us of our need for the Lord everyday.

Thanks to Barracus for the opportunity to Q…loved it.

8@8 goes ‘official’

Based on lots of demand the last few weeks, we’re locking this in.  Will run thru early November.  Here is the scoop:

1.  Mtg location:  Each Friday, Goldman Lot

2. Details:  8 mile launch is at 0515:  6 mile launch is at 0530

3.Format: Intended as a fast fellowship run, targeting an 8min/mile pace. Warning: some Qs will negative split this and paces may be slightly faster.  The intent though, is to keep conversation going, and the pax together.  Q will pick the route and set the pace.

Please join us for this, great run with a great group.  If youd like to Q, DM me on twitter.

See you tomorrow…Nabisco will be your Q,

8@8 returns tomorrow with 6 and 8 mile options

It’s back….a good way to get miles, avoid the sad clown run.  For what it’s worth, this distance and pace is great for the BRR and any other goal runs you have.

Format:

– meet at Goldman lot ( corner of queens and providence)

– 8 mile launch at 0515, will run a 2 mile loop back to goldman to pickup 6 milers

– 6 mile launch at 0531, with the traditional route towards and around AG.

– pace usually starts above 8 min miles, and sometimes finishes faster, sometimes not #disclaimer

– will finish back at Goldman by 0620.
