THE THANG: Core based workout that included Burpee‘s, variety of planks, pull-ups, and several trips down the slides. On a 2.2 mile mosey, we included some dips, step ups, calf raises, and a bonus trip up and down the parking deck stairs. Thanks to all for a great group beat down.
