Mosey to the pond & separate into 2 groups Group 1 does called exercise while group 2 runs to opposite side of pond and does different set of MYAM exercises. Ally reps OYO. When completed, run to opposite side for other exercises.
Station1 5 burpees 20 big boys 20 merkins 20 squats
Station 2 5 burpees 20 flutter 10 derkins 10 step ups each leg
The goal was to get 5 rounds in to complete the exercises on the Move Your A$$ May spreadsheet. We got in 3 with some finishing the 4th round before COT with Swift.
Good to see Stranger Brew coming back to the gloom. Kotters! Elsa was dressed for May and not February. The others kept doing what they do — killing it week after week. Keep up the good work boys!
