THE THANG: Tour de Hills was the mission this morning. Four segments consisting of Willow Pond, Smokerise, Windbluff, and Rising Meadow. Threshold pace going out, recover coming back. We returned to SCMS a bit ahead of schedule, and added two laps around the bus lot for good measure. It was much more “enjoyable” to change venues than sticking to one place with endless repeats.
