Welcome back to Popeye who has been sidelined for several weeks. He expressed his gratitude for an easy sprint workout and how well rested he was from his time off throughout the morning.
Bottle Cap was representing the soon-to-be Super Bowl 51 champions by rocking his old school Patriot gear. I always knew he had good taste!
As always, Frack used F3 as his warm up and headed to Planet Fitness to pick things up and put them down immediately after Coffee-teria.
