Should I extrapolate between the paces and start times? Is it linear? So 8:00 pace launches at 5:17:30? If I leave before you fast guys get there, should I leave a note?

Staggered starts tries to have everyone finishing in that 6:10-6:15 time frame. Start with the end in mind.

Oh, and Semi – “reverse” doesn’t mean backwards. You still run forward, just run east to start instead of south. Both are on Rea Rd, which I’ll admit is confusing.
