#PreBlast – Mountain Goat

We’ll head to the streets in the morning for the following:

  1.  Warm-up/Stretching
  2. 400m I-pace/400m recovery
  3. 800m I-pace/400m recovery
  4. Rinse and repeat until we run out of time… should be 3-4 repeats
  5. Cool-down/Stretching
