- Great work by the PAX, YHC wanted to keep us on the move today, mix it up with running and some exercises along the way. The #Weinke was simple, but and the exercises along the way may have varied to the original plan, thanks for your patience.
- We arrived at the Day Zero AO with made our way through without encountering the DZ PAX, thought they might’ve been hauling some coupons along Route 51or something, but they were apparently quietly enjoying their #DownPAINMENT at the back of the AO
- We managed to get in 3 miles all together although Gummy said it’s more of a guideline and not mandatory.
- No burpees as promised to Gummy, we’ll leave that to another AO
- Nice job by Roadrunner making his second post, keep coming out and see you next week.
- Flipper and E-trade were out in front #LarryBirds, strong work, looking forward to the BRR.
- YHC heard some mumble chatter about his being a Runstopper workout in regards to the Merkins, and Arm Raises, You’re welcome.
