WARMUP: Looooooooong mosey in and around the parking lots, then onto the football field for: SSH, IW, Hillbilly, Merkins, Runner’s Stretch, Plank and LSS THE THANG: Campus tour with partner track work, corner track work, bleachers, blue door, and people’s chair with a smattering of running and exercises mixed in for good measure MARY: Attempted Flutter & Dolly, then abruptly stopped with CCS teacher traffic ANNOUNCEMENTS: Christmas Party 2026 COT: header with the takeout. Thankful for another year and prayers for recovery for Marge and 49er.
