First Day of Spring

Nothing to fancy on this stellar Spring morning, just some good ol’ fashioned running, sprinkled in with push-ups and sit-ups to keep things interesting. We knocked out several laps of Indian Runs around the Crestdale track, proving once again that teamwork makes the dream work.
