Jog up to the bus benches
20 step ups/ derkins / dips… run a lap 20 step ups/ incline / dips.. run a lap
Run to the bathrooms for rock work
20 of each then run a short lap/ 15 run a short Lap / 10 of each -curls -tris -squats -press
Run back to benches for last 2 round’s as above
