WARMUP: lap around the parking lot and then on tothe pavilion
THE THANG:
HIIT workout. 12 exercises, 3 rounds. 40 seconds on/25 seconds off
1. Burpee 2. Squat 3. High knee sprints 4. Mercans 5. Mountain climber 6. Side shuffles 7. Box cutter 8. Close grip push up 9. Butt kick sprints 10. Lunge jumps 11. Shoulder taps 12. Sprints.
Note: Due to poor planning on my part (as pointed out to me by Cheese Curd previously) we did not make it through the full last round.
MARY: active recovery between rounds ANNOUNCEMENTS: blood drive, 5k, Saigon Sam mentioned some F3 expansion and events in Florida
