Proceeded to Christ Covenant. THE THANG: ran the full length of the parking lot several times stopping to perform exercises at each light post. Several exercises had us on the ground. Not a good day to forget your gloves. MARY: headed back to launch the same way we came stopping in the same alley to perform more SSHs and IWs.  At launch we had time remaining so we grabbed some wall and did decline merkins, dips and step ups. Met Sparta at 0615. COT: Several Pax on IR. Lifting them up today. take out by @smokey
