YHC must admit with bad weather looming the weinke was more of a list of ideas than a real plan.  Together with Slim-Fast and Sensei, we were debating battle plans up until right before the PAX began to roll up.

What happened next went something like this…

• Mosey to lower lot.  Been a while so had to ask PAX how to get there.
• YHC was expecting cake in celebration of 2 year anniversary.  No cake to be seen.  So might as well do some work.
• SSH IC (20x)
• IW IC (10x) YHC got bored…
• Happy Appys – or Hillbillys IC (15x)
• Penalty Burpees for no cake OYO (5x)
• Grandpa Jacks or “Head, Shoulder, Knees and Toes…” IC (10x)
• Merkins IC (10x)

Tha Thang

Part 1

• Partner up for Dora 1,2,3
• Total goal 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 Squats
• P1 does called exercise while P2 runs around median
• Flapjack until total count is reached
• Plank or Al Gore between sets when complete

Part 2

• Mosey to bus lot for some evil Starfish
• Center of Starfish = Flying Squirrels (3x)
• Legs = CDD, Lunges, Pull-ups, Donkey Kicks all (10x)
• Yes YHC knows starfish have 5 legs.  We had to cut one off for time.  It’ll grow back…

• Guys, I shared my story with you this morning.  I can’t say thanks enough for all you’ve done for me.  Thanks to the great Sky Q first, DT for being an example, you guys for welcoming me my first time out and the Mint Hill guys for holing me accountable.  Remember there are armies of guys out there that need you and you need them.  EH your friends, coworkers and neighbors.
• Thanks for letting YHC lead this AM.  It’s an honor. Side note… YHC is pretty sure this is the largest group I’ve Qed.  Tons of fun!
• Elrod – keep it up brother.  Like we said.  It doesn’t get easier, but you will get stronger.
