Mountain Goat 12/9 Pre-Blast

Dress warmly… you know I will!!!  Meet at 0500 if you want a warm-up mile, then we will do the following simple program starting at 0515:

  1. Warm-up + Streching… head to track
  2. 400m I-Pace – 400m recovery/800m I-Pace/400m recovery
  3. Cool-down + stretching

In summary… 400/800 intervals with 400m recovery between each.
