18 brave lads, including 1 FNG posted at Centurion for a beatdown to start their Friday off right.  YHC hopefully delivered what they paid for. The pax were summarily and quickly disclaimed, and 17 launched into the gloom (Scabby was late….again…this time due to spilling merlot on the run in due to the thought of YHC’s Q).

The Thang & Ye Olde Moleskine:

1st Q fail of the morning happened pre-launch when YHC wrongly welcomed Fireman Ed when it was in fact Fire Marshall Bill.  Apologized profusely to Fire Marshall Bill…no offense Fireman Ed.

We headed out for a run up to the shopping center at Carmel/51.

6-count burpee x 11 IC

Partner up for the following circuit x 4:

11 old school sit-ups with partner holding feet while in plank.  Flapjack.

Run up far left staircase, over to middle of the building.

11 H-R Merkins.

Run on, down right stair case and back to start point.

Some more Mary when all pax finished, mostly led by Flipper, site FNG at Centurion.  Many happy returns.

Also did 13 alternating leg lifts IC while in elbow plank…though the pax all stopped at 11 trying to anticipate the Q’s count.  Don’t do that!

P1 backwards bearcrawl uphill for 30 yards, lunge walk back down while P2 does CDD’s. Flapjack.

P1 bearcrawl uphill for 40 yards, lunge walk back down while P2 does LBC’s. Flapjack.

P1 broad jump uphill for 30 yards, jog down while P2 does H-R merkins.  Flapjack.

Run back to launch lot for the following:

6-count burpee x 11 IC

Freddy Mercury x 13 IC

Slow flutter x 22 IC

Slow squat x 22 IC

Run around football field complex and return to launch lot for the following:

6-count burpee x 11 IC

SSH x 44 IC.

So we did 44 of a lot of different exercises as YHC turned 44 yesterday.  You’re welcome fellas.

Champagne would have been proud of this one as the called exercises really minimized cheating….Chelms & Ickey were grumbling.

YHC called Ickey out on Twitter…achieving the assumed HC.  Ickey promised to actually do the Ickey Shuffle if we had 20 pax, but alas, we were 2 short.  Should have done it anyway!

Strong work out there by everyone.  Welcome to Lassativo (FNG Matt S).  YHC had to rename as I was informed we already have an Ex-Lax in the A51 pax….though methinks he doesn’t post anymore?  Anyway – Lassativo is Italian for Laxative.  Pretty sure Matt is of Italian heritage, but even if not, it’s a good nickname.

Glad Scabby made it after spilling merlot – hope you’re feeling better.  You’re usually earlier when you run in.
