Mosey to the track
P1 run lap (all you got), P2 LBCs, perform 10 hand-slap Merkins with partner, flapjack
P1 run lap, P2 heels to heaven, 10 hand-slap Merkins, flapjack

Great work out there by everyone. Guys were really pushing it, getting faster with each exercise and leaving YHC in the dust.
