Nine men gathered at the Charge this morning for a beat down in the gloom. It was a balmy 69 degrees, so we didn’t work up a sweat until we started moving. It went something like this:
Jog to the track and run a lap, circle up for COP: SSHx25, Merkins x15, MCx20, Imperial Squats x15
Mosey to the goal line to collect our field pass after completing the following:
Run to the opposite goal line and touch your chest to the turf every 10 yards, sprint back, plank.
Run to the opposite goal line stopping for a hand release merkin ladder (1-10) every 10 yards, sprint back, LBC’s
Run to opposite goal line stopping for a knee up ladder (1-10) every 10 yards, sprint back, elbow plank.
Run to opposite goal line stopping for a burpee ladder (2,4,6,8,10) every 20 yards, sprint back, gasp for air with hands on knees.
Stumble to the wall for people’s chair + air pressx20
Mosey up to the bleachers for work on the steps.
Round 1 – 10 dips, 10 derkins, bunny hop the steps, 10 monkey humpers at the top, return to the bottom and plank.
Round 2 – 20dips, 20 derkins, 2up/1back hop the steps, 20 monkey humpers at the top, return to the bottom and plank, + 20 plank jacks.
Round 3 – 10 dips, 10 derkins, freestyle on the steps, 10 monkey humpers at the top, return to the bottom and plank.
Return to the field forĀ 5 MOM – LBC, Right Oblique, Left Oblique, Flolly (Flutter + Dolly), Freddie
Run 3+ segments around the field – jog to the 50, sprint to the goal line, jog across endzone, sprint to the opposite goal line, jog across endzone, sprint to opposite goal line + across endzone, jog to the 50, sprint to goal line + across endzone.
Mosey back to the lot for 30 sec MIP + COT
