Bruise Brothers in Charge Again

With YHC on a hiking trip with the 2.0, Lobstah Roll & Slapshot graciously stepped up and volunteered to lead the PAX at Area 51 for a Saturday morning stroll.  With 5 PAX reporting for duty around the virtual SF, Lobstah Roll led the crew out into the Gloom for the start of the fun.

Mile Loop with Stations (IC):

  • Station 1 – 20 SSH plus 5 Burpees
  • Station 2 – 20 IW plus 10 Burpees
  • Station 3 – 10 Mtn Climbers plus 15 Merkins, 10 Peter Parkers plus 15 Merkins, & 10 Parker Peters plus 15 Merkins
  • Station 4 – 20 Squats plus 15 Burpees
  • Station 5 – 20 LBCs & 20 Mason Twists plus 10 Burpees
  • Station 6 – 50 calf raises plus 5 Burpees

Block work & sprints ( 2 sets/IC)

  • 10 Shoulder Press, 10 Curls, 10 Tricep Extensions, 10 Back Rows (each side)
  • Sprint to the far bushes and back between sets

Slapshot takes over the Q duties

Mosey to front of the school for 3 sets of:

  • PC x 60 secs w/ 25 air presses (IC) mixed in
  • 20 Derkins
  • Lunge walk across parking lot
  • 20 Jump Squats
  • Lunge walk back across parking lot
  • 20 Incline Merkins
  • Rinse & repeat x 2

Mosey to playground at front of school for some circuit work

  • Toes to bar x 10
  • Pull-ups x 10
  • CDD x 30
  • Dips x 40
  • Calf raises x 50
  • Rinse & repeat

Finish it up with 6 MOM

  • Flutter x 10 (IC)
  • Dolly x 10 (IC)
  • Flutter x 10 (IC)
  • Dolly x 10 (IC)
  • LBCs x 50 (OYO)
  • Back Scratchers x 25 (IC)

NMM:

  • Thanks to Lobster Roll and Slapshot for taking the reins at Area 51 while YHC was out of town for some hiking with 2.0 in the NC mountains.
  • Kotters to Deep Dish for 1st post to Area 51 AO in a while
  • Huggie Bear and Beaver are 2 Area 51 stalwarts.  Seem to make it out just about every week, no matter what the conditions are like.  Glad to have you out there with us.
  • Bruise Brothers bring the pain whenever they team up and this time was no different.
