A mosey off to the north side of the school (or is that south), to circle up for a little warm-up and a lot of stretching… what the he**? Yes, stretching, which gives me an opportunity to name something… so, anyways, here goes.

  • 50x SSH
  • 45 secs Highway Truckstop stretch
  • 15x Negative Merkins
  • 15x Carolina Dry Dock
  • 30 sec Pigeon Stretch, each leg
  • 50x SSH
  • 30 sec Couch Stretch, 30 secs each leg

THE RUN (for real tho’)

And off to the park we headed… stopping half way for a little, actually a lot, of PLANKORAMA

  • Arrive at the park, partner up!
  • 25x Partner Merkins (aka Paddycake Pushups!)

Then a sprint
