The Main Course
- Partner up, with only one partner working at a time complete 30 clean and press / 60 total with a 5 minute time cap.
- Rest 3 minutes
- Partner up, with only partner working at a time complete 30 snatches / 60 total with a 5 minute time cap
- Rest 3 minutes
- 21 – 15 – 9: Thrusters / Hand Release Merkins; partner A must complete the 21 Thrusters before partner B begins Thrusters.

Good group this morning, one site FNG (Kazam!) I was a little worried about the structure when I wrote out the weinke that there would be too much standing around between our sets of max effort for 5 minutes. But about half way through the first 5 minutes of clean and presses it became apparent that the 3 minutes rest would go by very quickly. Thanks for the opportunity to Q this morning, thoroughly enjoyed being with you all.
