10 men joined Lobsta Roll for some laps around the track with some pain stations mixed in…

 Lap 1 – Slow jog around to identify the ice spots

 Lap 2 – 25 (IC) SSH at first turn

                10 Burpees at second turn

                25 (IC) IW at third turn

                10 Burpees at last turn

 Lap 3 – 20 (IC) Merkins at first turn

                10 Burpees at second turn

                30 Merkins at third turn (10 reg, 10 diamond & 10 wide)

                10 Burpees at last turn

 Lap 4 – 50 (IC) Squats at first turn

                10 Burpees at second turn

                25  jump squats at third turn

                10 Burpees at last turn

 Detour off the track to the upper playground…

 15 pull-ups

 10 Burpees

15 pull-ups

10 Burpees

Back to the track….

 Lap 5 – 20 (IC) dry docks at first turn

                10 Burpees at second turn

                10  partner shoulder press  at third turn (rinse and repeat )

                10 Burpees at last turn

 Lap 6 – 20 (IC) dips at first turn

                10 Burpees at second turn

                15 (each side) Tricep Ext. at third turn

                25 Burpees at last turn

 Header decided to Q-jack here for a 40-yd dash race between QIC and Joker

 It was a photo finish… 10 more burpees for everyone

 Had just enough time for 50 LBCs

So if Cheese Curd is tech-savvy enough to move from a blackberry to an i-phone, it must be time for Lobstah Roll to get posting rights for his very own backblasts. But hey, Lobstah isn’t know for backblasts… he’s know for burpees and other forms of pain.

Funny scene this morning after the first lap around the track… when everyone noticed all the ice patches and ASSUMED Lobstah would steer us into safer territory. No sir, Lobstah kept us going around that track for about 40 minutes. That’s why we start every workout with the disclaimer, right? And Stone Cold… you may need to resurrect those waiver forms that you used to have guys sign at Joust [including the language about the potential for physical AND emotional harm].

Sorry about the smoke bombs today guys. I’ll try to do better next time.
