The Thang:
Mosey / shuffle to the parking deck.
Haggis lead: run up and down several times and do a few merkins and burpees.
Outback lead: run up and down some more and do a few merkins plus mary plus wall squat routine.
Frack lead: run up and down some more and do variations of merkins and mary and squats.
Moleskin:
Took longer to get the ice off the car than to get to the AO. With only three SOBs in sight, it was mighty tempting to call it a day and head back to the fartsack. Thankfully, F3’s honor was preserved, and the workout was done.
