7 men set out for #Devil’s Turn for some interval sprints and hill climbing.
 
The Thang:
 
Warm up:
 
SSH x20
 
Imperial Walker x20
 
Walk the dog
 
Picked up Rock Thrill after a quick mosey.  Ran up Elm to the White Oak neighborhood.  First interval sprint to the stop sign and regroup for a mosey to the bottom of the hill.  
 
Run to the top of the first hill at a 5k pace.  Qic made a wrong turn but the mistake was quickly learned.  Plank until the group arrives.
 
Sprint up the next hill and do Merkins x20.   
 
Mosey back down to the bottom of the hill for 10 sumo squat jumps.
 
Rinse and repeat two more times.  
 
One minute of recovery followed by a tempo run to Endhaven Elementary.  No man left behind followed by a sprint to the end of the school and back.  
 
Regroup and mosey back to White Oak neighborhood.  5k tempo run to the start of White Oak neighborhood towards Elm Ln.
 
Mosey as a group dodging cars back to the launch point for three minutes of marry.

It was a great effort by everyone and I know based upon the heavy breathing that everyone got their heart rate up.  Fletch and Haggis were fast on the sprints.
