Mosey to second lake (Loch Doon). 10 Burpees at own pace then lap around lake.
Mosey to foot of long hill up to bridge…. fast run up hill to bridge. Peoples chair at the top.
Mosey back down to parking lot for Mary Merkin Madness: 2 merkins, 20 flutter, 4 merkins, 20 dolly, 6 merkins, 20 heels to heavens, 8 merkins, 20 rosalita, 10 merkins, 20 little baby crunch, 8 merkins, 20 left side raise, 6 merkins, 20 right side raise, 4 merkins, 20 mason twist, 2 merkins, recover.
