Moral Mentor

Points to Ponder:

Moral mentors can help keep to us aligned with God’s wisdom and hold us accountable to live in His word. Being part of the PAX gives us an opportunity to surround ourselves with like-minded men. Make a connection with someone from the PAX to establish/maintain a moral mentoring relationship. This mentor relationship can help us navigate through challenging times by using God’s wisdom as our compass.

Two rounds of drills along the sidewalk.

Round 1:
– Psycho bunnies to the 1st & 3rd stations
– Lunge walk to the 2nd & 4th stations
– Jog back to the starting line then repeat (1x)

Round 2:
– Psycho bear crawls to the 1st & 3rd stations
– Cave man walk to the 2nd & 4th stations
– Jog back to the starting line then repeat (1x)

Mosey to the statues of downtown Ft Mill.

Rotate through a circuit of merkins, squats, LBCs and burpess in one minute intervals (2x).

Partner wheel barrels (2x) and fireman carries (2x).

People’s chair on and off the supporting wall (10 counts, 5x)
