Mosey to the football field with some lunges on the way.
Line up on the end line for some suicides with Completes (1 Carolina dry dock, 1 squat, 1 merkin, 1 mountain climber in that order)

Great work out today, really liked the Completes nice combo exercise, I think Passport mentioned we should have done more of them but it was pretty early still. They will probably be making their way into a Stonehenge work out real soon.
