16 SOBs began the day with an upper body blast.  The Sons beat down their arms, chests, backs, and abs today with a vengeance.

The Thang:

Mosey to bank for warm up:

25 SSH, 25 Imperial Walker, 25 Mountain Climber, 15 Merkins

Mosey to 1st loch ness wall:

15 perfect form derkins, 15 perfect form dips.  10 more derkins, 10 more dips.

Mosey to 2nd loch ness wall:

10 perfect form derkins, 10 perfect form dips.  8 more derkins, 8 more dips.

Mosey to pull up bars.  Split into 3 groups.  In rotation:

15 supine pull ups, 10 full pull ups, 10 burpees.  Repeat 3 X.

Mosey to parking lot.  Mary:

25 flutter, 25 dolly, 25 heels to heavens.

Mosey back to bank parking lot.  Merkin / Mary ladder:

2 merkins, 20 abs, 4 merkins, 20 abs, 6 merkins, 20 abs, 8 merkins, 20 abs, 10 merkins, 20 abs, 8 merkins, 20 abs, 6 merkins, 20 abs, 4 merkins, 20 abs, 2 merkins, 20 abs.

Mosey back to the Vine for COT.

Moleskin:

– No breaks for the PAX today.  Fillmont looked far too strong at the start of the workout so YHC went all out to punish him.  Fillmont took it on the chin and finished strong, particularly relishing the final Mary 10-count.

– Other than Fillmont (which by now we expect), there was not a lot more chatter from the pax.  Just grumblings here and there.

– Chipotle takes the reigns next week.  Maybe some more V-up sit-ups in the plans…?

– Tomorrow is convergence day at Calvary Church for South Charlotte.
