When Goodfella reached out last night, he was concerned about YHC’s ability to Q back-to-back days . . . And he was right.  Combine the fact that YHC Q’d #Watchtower on Tuesday with YHC clown-carring with the ENTIRE Screech Owl Band (that’s right, Turtle was back), and the Weinke got a little warped.

WARMUP

• Quick mosey to rock pile; first 14 grab a medium-sized rock
• Mosey to track/field
• Merkins/MC on rock IC x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
• Mosey to Tables
• #QFail #2:  Plank walk on table clockwise with feet on seats . . . who knew the seats would be wet . . . #GolfBallShin
• Mosey back to Rocks for partner work
  • P1:  Called exercise with Rock/P2:  Runs a lap
  • Each partner does x2 for each exercise/lap
  • Exercise #1:  Hydraulic squats with Rock above head
  • Exercise #2:  Curl to Press
  • Exercise #3:  Thrusters
  • Exercise #4:  Chest press laying on ground (only x1)
  • Various Mary while waiting for Six in between exersises
• Put away rocks and mosey back to COT

MOLESKINE

• A couple of #QFails never hurt anybody.  Got some mumblechatter but mostly complaints about certain exercises/Plank Walks.  Big crowd which is great to see after the rain.  Always an honor to lead this group but more so I’m thankful to be pushed by this group to be better in several ways.  Thanks as always to each of you.
