Warmup –
The Thang:
Partner with like size bell
P1 – run a lap around track.
P2- Do called Double KB exercise
Complete 3 Rounds each, then do 10 Burpees each with your partner
We threw in some Mary in between each Set
The NMM:
Thanks for the encouragement– as someone who is still relatively new, I keep finding what I call “F3 Firsts” — my current first is “First time dealing with a lingering cough and cold.” Even though I was far from 100%, it still felt pretty good to get out and push it.
(Also, any tips from you old pros on the aforementioned “posting while dealing with sickness” would be much appreciated)
