AYE. 17 of Metro’s finest…wait…Area 51’s finest…wait…kind of a mix actually…anyway, a bunch of dudes rolled out into the Gloom for their weekly downpainment. Here’s more or less what transpired.

THE THANG
Mosey to Camilla – 10 burpees
Mosey to Thornridge – 10 burpees (face downhill)
Mosey to Broad Hollow – 10 burpees
Mosey to Kimblewyck – 10 burpees
Mosey to Hartmill – 10 burpees

Back down to the bottom of The Hill leading from Broad Hollow to Thornridge
Man, this hill is steep. Perfect.

Partner up
20/15/10/5 Mighty Merkins each at the top of the hill
20/15/10/5 Partner Jump Squats (jk, just regular) each at the bottom of the hill

Hail Six Minutes of Mary – Keep the feet elevated
20 – Dolly / LFF / HSF / Rosalita / Heels to Heaven / Jackknife / LBC / Russian Twist
50 – Mountain Climbers (25 for Kirk) and LBCs (0 for Kirk)

Partner carry to the top of the hill, then return the favor, then repeat
Backwards run to the top of the hill, repeat

Run back up to Camilla and find a spot on the wall
People’s Chair with arm presses and whatnot

Mosey back to AO HQ
50 burpees
5 burpees – just in case someone miscounted

THINE MOLESKINE

– Oh, Kirk. He was so fast and so strong on The Hill. He even gave Maverick (hate, hate, hate) a run for his money. And then when YHC said “halfway there” at 25 Mountain Climbers…Kirk flopped onto his 6 and started to pout. Just saying.

– TClaps to Maverick, Tardy, Alphabet and other Larry Birds up front. You guys were crushing it.

– Bushwood headlocked me for this Q and then informed me that he would not be showing up because he got snipped. Poor guy. He was probably in the fartsack with an ice pack on his cahones.
