Mosey to Bleachers

Partner up and make sure you know your partner’s nickname

Round 1
Partner 1 – 20 dips, 20 incline merkins, 20 Squats REPEAT UNTIL PARTNER RETURNS
Partner 2 – Bear crawl to stairs, jog up stairs and jog back around
Flapjack and plank

Round 2
Partner 1 – 20 supine pullups, 20 decline merkins, 20 lunges REPEAT UNTIL PARTNER RETURNS
Partner 2 – Backward crab walk to batting cage, jog up stairs, jog back around
Flapjack and plank

Round 3
Partner 1 – 20 CDDs, 20 wide arms merkins, 20 squats REPEAT UNTIL PARTNER RETURNS
Partner 2 – Lunge walk to stairs, lunge up stairs, jog back around
Flapjack and plank
