And then there was… humidity

And then there was… humidity

One would think that the humidity would be less in the fall, but who am I kidding. This is Charlotte and we live in the bowels of the humidity zone also known as the piedmont. Now don’t get me wrong, I know all the Floridians and Gulf coasters will be like Wahhhhh, this is nothing compared to where I’m from. Well if it’s not so bad you can go home. J/K I am just whining because I am sick of humidity, but as always at 5am the weather report says 90%. So we rise and “shine” to the best of our abilities and move out. To be honest YHC had forgotten about Q’n The Big House and owe all the credit to making the workout to the stellar Site-Q’s DumpyMcDumperson Fire and Ole PVT Benji. Thanks for the reminder. To bad DF left his phone at home and missed my texts about parking. YHC parked down past the “gladiators” and headed out to survey some grounds and subsequently meeting up with the Pax at the normal parking lot at P-Ville PD. Pax Disclaimed we launch.

5 Burpees OYO

Follow me for a brisk lap around the ball park. Cheese Curd mumbled something the whole time about the pace, then took the lead just as YHC slowed us down to catch up the six. Find a suitable rock for lifting (show off the guns for the tomatoes in spandex across the parking lot) and mosey to the far field house for COP.

Mosey to YHC’s clown car to find the bodies, er weights in the trunk. Get in groups of 3 and grab a 35lb plate and a cinder block. Mosey to adjacent parking lot.
Partner 1 runs a .2 mile loop around park while partner 2 does cinder block squats and partner 3 does hairburners. Cumulative total of 100 squats and 20 hairburners. Runner goes to squat, squat to hairburners, hairburners to runner. Rinse and repeat till totals are met. 4 man team did some extra credit. #crowdpleaser

Reverse plank to wait on the last runners and return all the gear and rocks to their resting places.

Line up and Indian Run to 51. Turned to start lot and since this is The Big House we have to have a “Jail Break”. Sprint from 51 to the flag. Flag had fallen and PVT Benjamin took responsibility. He now has to write on the chalkboard 1,000 times, “I will plant the flag with passion and force.”

Moleskin:
The Big House is a solid AO. The park is filled with all manners of beatdown potential and moving out around town offers a scenic and delightful tour of the small village that is Pineville. Don’t sleep on this workout, the pax swirling ball of snakes will surely find great use of this area. Thanks to DF and PVT B for letting me lead.

Cheese Curd had some things to say early on but we fixed that with some rock work and then hairburners, the ultimate equalizer. YHC and Tootie parked in BUFU Egypt as we didn’t know if the PVille PD lot was still unavailable. Bonus points for pre and post run! Scabby runs like a gazelle on the plains of the serengeti. He is both graceful and powerful. #runnercrush PVT Benjamin said something about a shoulder injury but showed no signs of pain in the face of the crushing shoulder smoking YHC provided. Kudos brother. Shrink Wrap and YHC had to think quick and grab more gear for our odd number partner work. Audible to do more work was solid. Dumpster Fire suffered in silence as his laser focus could not be broken, much like his spirit.

Moleskine:

  • With legs (mostly) recovered from #BlueRidgeRelay, it was time to stretch them a (little bit) more, while generously interspersing some rock and tire work – at least that was the plan
  • Really did have something up my sleeve for the tires.  Sadly, the running took a bit longer than expectation, so the tires ended up being little more than a decoy.    Such a shame as they were counted perfectly.
  • Pax (mostly) did a great job selecting a lifting rock – I know I was sore after that one.
  • However, we weren’t without some vocal complaining about the volume of lifting.   I’ve observed that the degree of complaining during rock exercises is strangely inversely proportional to the size of the rock chosen.  But we won’t mention Pop Tart by name.  Just an observation.
  • Hat tip to Spackler for the take-out.  Prayers for all those impacted by the hurricanes.
  • It’s been a while since I’ve Q’d Kevlar – appreciate the opportunity Fault Line and Orange Whip.

The Classic Rock(s) at Rock Zero without actual rocks

7 brave souls showed up as the first rays of light graced Calvary church parking lot.  Disclaimer was given, and promptly ignored.  Then we were off.

The Thang:

Run from launch point to grassy knoll (fast pace), Plank up, left leg up, right leg up, right arm , left arm, 10 merkins
Squat x 10, jumps squats x 10, squats x 10, 10 merkins, Plank up, mt climbers x 15, 10 merkins

Run the loop Grassy knoll to the roundabout and back.  (make sure everyone knows the loop)
Retrieve weights from car, we opted for no rocks.  Our playlist was rock enough.
Catch me if you can around the loop, P1 ten merkins, P2 carries weight overhead, P1 catch up. Complete one circuit and plank for the six.

Cue the music, here.

Stations: P1 does exercise, P2 runs to the end of the parking lot (towards the soccer fields) and back, flapjack. When both partners have completed the exercise, rotate.
Station 1:  Weighted merkin (plate on back) (45 lb plate)
Station 2:  Reverse Lunges (45 lb plate) 5 per side
Station 3:  Lawnmower (35 lb plate) 10 per side
Station 4:  High Pull (35 lb plate)
Station 5:  Military press (85 pounds)
Station 6:  Goblet squat (35 lb bell)
Station 7:  Good morning (53 lb bell)

Run the loop with a plate

Switch partners, P1 grab a plate for Plank-o-rama, P1 does exercise and P2 planks until done, flapjack
3 super-sets of 5 Curls and 5 Overhead tricep extensions flapjack with partner three times.

Weights went back in the car, we grabbed the rope, the shovel flag and ran (with shovel flag) to the playground.
3 super-sets again of 5 pull-ups, 5 carolina dry docks

Tug-o-war:  40 foot battle rope, two teams of three. (or a team of two if you’re with Hoover) a few rounds of this and everyone earned some bragging rights.

One final lap around the church block to get our mileage in.  #RockZeroCommandments #FlippersManifesto

Moleskin:  There was an unofficial pre-run (for those that totally disrespect the Q).  Pre-run was 2.3 miles and runners consisted of the YHC and site-Q Flipper.  Pax noticed both YHC and site-Q were spitting and blowing snot-rockets post pre-run.  Questions were asked and no explanation given.

Today’s awkward conversations included:

“Everyone partner up, we’re an odd number so we’ll make one group a 3-way.”

Discussions in the church parking lot about compound joints, apparently App State alumni are well versed in compound joints.

It’s hard to pick up chicks with a kid seat in your car.

Feel free to leave comments of other awkward conversational moments, as YHC’s short term memory is gone thanks to those compound joints the App State boys brought to the workout.

And welcome to Coal Ash, he wasn’t an FNG but he was new to the Rock.  Glad to have you brother, please come back and join us again.

It’s Saturday!!!

Speed Bag makes everyone uncomfortable right off the bat by telling us about his wet dream last night.  19 Pax’s show up and almost everyone is circled up ready to go. The circle kept moving away from Speed Bag as he stood there by himself while everyone gave him the look of judgement and the disappointed head shake. Gruden shows up for his only second F3 work out in true Gruden apparel; Visor with sunglasses on top!! Speed Bag informs everyone that this work out better not be too hard because IT’S SATURDAY!  Nard Dog and Wild Turkey get in from their pre-run and after the disclaimer we roll out right on time.

Warm Ups

Mosey the long way to DuckWorth’s parking lot. I guess it was a little too long of a Mosey for some people as we kept hearing yelling coming from the back.. IT’S SATURDAY!! We circle up in the parking lot and begin warm up

15 – side straddle hop

15 – cotton pickers

20 – sun gods

20 – moon gods

12 – merkins

The Thang

Mosey to brick wall and line up in chair position. We go down the line and each person does 10 incline press while everyone else holds chair position with hands up.

Mosey over to the XPO pond. We start our circuit around the pond. First exercise stop; 20 full sit ups & 20 heels to heaven. 2nd stop; 20 step ups and 10 carolina dry docks; 3rd stop; 20 low slow squats and 10 derkins.  line up in plank and down the line we go with 3 merkins each person going up the line and 3 merkins going down the line while everyone holds plank.

Mosey over to Lance-Synder parking lot. Again, a lot of chatter about too much running. We stretch out with lunges, high knees, and karioka.

We move to the front of Lance-Synder and establish it as our home base for the next circuit. We do an exercise and give all you have up heel to the beginning of the bridge and mosey back down to home base. First exercise -10 burpes, 2nd – Low Slow Squats, 3rd – Jump Squats, 4th – Mountain Climbers.

We Mosey across the street and line up below a wet grass hill. Go up the heel 4 times and do 5 merkins when you reach the bottom of the hill.

Mosey back across the street and on our six for some mary. Do about 10 minutes of Mary being called out by different pax members.

Start to Mosey back to launch but notice we still have 5 minutes. Make a pit stop @ a picnic area and do 10 jump ups and 10 incline merkins.

Mosey to launch and end with a wind mill stretch.

QIC ended in prayer.

COT

Big hand clap to Speed Bag as this was his 5th consecutive F3 work out. We had a bigger group this Morning but everybody stuck together and dug deep to get through this 3.77 mile work out. Haggis, Nard Dog, and Mic Check lead the way and pushed everyone else to keep up the pace.

Moleskin

Wild Turkey sprung this Q on me Wednesday night as Tool Bag had double booked. My first Q at Stonehenge and it was a pleasure. Great group of guys and a great site with lots of different options. Great way to start your Saturday Morning.  Thankful for the leadership this group brings.

Bagels to celebrate the work out victory!!

The Working Man

19 pax mustered in the cheese-grater parking lot at Trinity Presbyterian Church for another late morning edition of #F3Fortress.

YHC started with a disclaimer which was met with many blank stares and a good bit of confusion.

Backup, a late arrival, planted the SF and joined us along with Raider and a couple other stragglers.  Flutie Flakes & Level 10 were 15 minutes earlier, both forgetting the 5;45am launch, thinking it was 5:30am.

So we launched with YHC not terribly sure where we were going as the AO was unfamiliar but we made it work….I think.

The Thang:

Run to the front (I think) entrance to the church for COP.  We about gave some dude a heart attack.  He was walking his Shitzu & Pomeranian.  If I ever have the misfortune of walking two ridiculous dogs like that, I’d do it in the dark at 5:45am, too. #friendsdontletfriendswalklapdogs

Frankly can’t remember exactly what we did or how many reps, but we did slow squats, H-R merkins, 6-count burpees, slow flutters & IW’s…of course.

We then moseyed to the pile of pulverized concrete – apparently Trinity Pres. is building a larger parking lot to make room for more Sunday morning attendees.  Partner up and pick a good lifting rock.

Partner 1 runs about 75 yards down & back while Partner 2 does overhead press. Flapjack.

We also did thrusters, squats, tricep extensions & bicep curls.

Jog over to Providence Prep School for some people’s chair with  25 overhead presses.

I think we might have done some Dancing Chilcutt prior to leaving the Trinity Pres compound but I can’t remember.

After Providence Prep, we froggered it over to St. Gabe’s for a Triple Nickel of H-R Merkins, Backwards bear crawls & Jump Squats.

We then froggered it back to the Fortress AO, circling up for 8 min. & 47 seconds of Mary with the following or something akin to it:

American Hammer, Freddie Mercury, Cumberland County Viaducts, Makthar N’Djaiye’s, LBCs and ???

Run back to launch lot.  5 More 6-count burpees.

Done.

COT

Ye Olde Moleskine:

Noonan tapped me to Q a few weeks ago when YHC brought an FNG to Fortress.  Good crew this morning.  Even my fellow Area51 pax Crotch Rocket made it.  Noonan was killing it on the Triple Nickel.  My partner Sump was really moving on the AYG runs.  T-claps.

T-claps also to Sir Topham for running in, and thanks to Grapevine for giving YHC some intel on the AO prior to the workout….though he did tell me there was a hill which apparently has been whittled down.

Hope my Metro brethren felt they got their money’s worth. Likely a pattern interrupt for the Metro pax in that we only went about 2 miles and actually did a good bit of core work, plank work, and we actually set our feet on some grass during the Triple Nickel.  #cobains

I’ll be back even if Noonan did say I may have worn out my welcome.

Thanks to Grapevine for taking us out in prayer.

Ripping off the BRR Bandaid

It had been several months since I’ve posted (let alone Q’d) a Bootcamp style workout.  It’s been all BRR for Team F3 Freerange.  But alas, the race has come and gone and its time to get back into some kind of bootcamp shape.  Thankfully Yeti had me tee’d up right after BRR, so the timing was just about right.  A little sorness lingered in the legs, so we crushed the upper body today.  Here’s what we did – after the disclaimer of course.

Warm up (in cadence) after lap around track – circled up in the center of the Charlotte Christian Football field.

Really enjoyed being back out to Joust.  Great group of regulars and it was excellent catching up a bit before and after the workout.  Got a few jeers about it not being particularly fun on fun friday, but I hope you all still had a good time.  Stone Cold even said it was hard, so that is saying something.  Thanks again Yeti for letting me lead.

Southern Discomfort 2017: Save The Date 10/21/17

The time is drawing near for the third annual iteration of Area 51’s premier CSAUP event, Southern Discomfort.  Saturday, October 21 will be the date of this tomfoolery masquerading as a test of fitness.  We will begin sometime in the morning (details forthcoming) and traverse a route in the general vicinity of Pineville-Matthews road and the AO’s nestled along it (details forthcoming).  We will stop at the various workout destinations along the route and perform great and mighty feats of strength and endurance (again, details forthcoming).  There is a strong possibility of t-shirts, if for some reason you needed further convincing.  There is also a strong possibility of metallic tasting hose water at the RockZero AO, as is tradition.  The particulars concerning pain station Qs, start time, launch location, etc. will be released on a need to know basis.  In this instance “need to know basis” means when YHC, Cheese Curd, and another event Q who will be pressed into service figure it out.  Did you know that “pressed into service” is derived from colonial times when Great Britain would employ “press gangs” to round up able bodied men to serve on the empire’s naval and merchant ships.  You can expect many more nuggets of knowledge like this to be dispensed along the way on the 21st, as if you needed further convincing.  Where else can you conquer a physically demanding challenge, enjoy camaraderie not seen since maritime British vessels during the colonial period, and learn fascinating bits of trivia?  Only at Southern Discomfort.  Clear your calendars, arrange coverage for the kids’ activities, and stock up on Body Glide (trust me on this one, two years ago every step from the Arboretum to Matthews Elementary was as uncomfortable as trying to take your daily constitutional during work hours while the cleaning crew waits right outside the stall door for you to finish).  See you on October 21st.  Oh, and don’t ever wait outside a stall while somebody is in there, it’s just plain rude.  Come back later, find another floor in the building, or go to a hotel lobby within walking distance.  Stay tuned to this channel for further updates, as details will be forthcoming.

Redemption…with a side of grumblechatter

Posted on Bullwinkle’s behalf since he can’t seem to figure out how to logon to this. YHC may or may not have added some commentary in bold.

Preface # 1: The last time YHC Q’ed conviction (BW-Overdrive??- Not sure what a moderate workout on Wednesday has to do with a gear workout on Friday), I forgot my typed up stations on paper and the workout turned into a confusing melé of “what do we do next” so when HB gave me an opportunity for redemption, I did not waste the opportunity and wrote up a workout that would leave no confusion.

Preface # 2:  In being the FF team this week with the lowest number of points, I was instructed by the team with the highest amount of points (Slingblade) to do 25 derkins and post the video to Facebook.  I had 24 hours to do so or the number would double.  This was Wednesday.  YHC did not have a way to position camera in a manner to catch it so I thought to work it into the Q today. Kind of hard to believe.  Something could have been improvised. Lean the phone against a wall, car, or even a log and use the front camera. However, this was met with loud protest.  So I figured the next best thing was to make sure the PAX felt my pain after my 50 were done. BW definitely needs to work on his form. If you watched the video, you would agree. Tclaps for getting them done though.

10 minutes prior to start: YHC showed up to get 50 glass-joe style derkins done and recorded by witnesses.  Amongst those that showed up early to watch me accept my punishment was Mindcrime.  #Kotters!

Mosey to center of parking lot.  Disclaimer in which I guarantee everyone would see my lack of professionalism by the end

COT

Moleskine:

Thank you PAX for allowing me to lead.  Redemption was indeed sweet.  Too bad GJ couldn’t make it out this week, he would have appreciated the grumblechatter, especially during the 300 combined Skull Crushers.  Mindcrime welcome back to the gloom, it’s good to see you fight through the pain to make it out.  Slingblade, good to see you out.  Keep posting, I know it’s hard and the fartsack is easy to succumb to but it will get better even though it won’t get easier.  Good to see the rest of the PAX out, your consistency and dedication in showing up is an inspiration to me to keep showing up in the gloom even when it’s much more alluring to fartsack. Shenanigans were strong with this crowd today. Either your bells are too light, you can’t count, or some combination of the two.

Utah’s 43

Champagne brought my giant white Igloo cooler on loan to Minions for BRR.  To fit it in the back, had to take out the cinder block in the cargo hold.  This made Haze nervous.  How does YHC know this?  It may have been the rapid-fire questions about what the block would be used for.  Haze even offered suggestions.  Dangerous move there.  More chatter and speculation around the cinder block as men arrived and shared good cheer.  YHC began disclaimer and then paused to wait for latecomers Drago and Clubber.  Continued to disclaim pax and recognize Utah’s 43rd Bday.  Tried to celebrate with an ICB yesterday evening, but he had to work late.  We pushed it back to 0530.  Mom always said to bring a gift to a party, so Utah gained responsibility for the block to do as he saw fit, just need to come with us.  Being such a great guy, YHC knew he would share the burden.  Off we go.

COT

HBD to Utah.  43.   He is probably in better shape now than he was 10 years ago.  Consistent posting will do that.  You may remember, it took YHC and Rock Thrill about 2 years of EH before his 1st post.  Then he posted.  And got stronger, faster, and better.  And made many friends.  And got pushed.  And pushed others.  And dropped time from all race distances.  A bunch of time.  And on and on…Thankful he posted and keeps posting.

Clubber and Drago were late.  0530 men.  But wait, Runstopper was even later, arriving as the pax exited the launch lot.  Margo waited and he caught up.  Something about his tights taking too long to put on.  Yes, men, you read that right.  Tights.  It was 65 degrees today.  Paper Jam quickly called out YHC for recent sleeves when Runstopper was called out.  Fair enough.  Whatever floats your boat or however that goes.  Just glad Runstopper joined us-also first out.  Busy man.  Clubber and Drago, like I said at the workout, young men, pace yourselves.  Out front on first ramp repeat and had to send a search party for round 2.  Glad you joined us men.

Haze faced his fear immediately to get it out of the way.  He was the #2 man on the cinder block.  He does not like running and carrying heavy things.  Heck, neither does YHC.  Grabbed the bull by the horns and put his work in right away.  Well done.

Rachel seems to have recovered from BRR.  Always seems strange when YHC is not following him.  Brilleaux, Checkpoint, Bout Time out front for some of the stuff we did.  Checkpoint was war-daddy too.  #Beast.  Speaking of respects, 4 others today.  Shoe, Snuka, Marconi, and Van Pelt.  #AlsoBeasts.  Strong work men.

Brushback seems to have himself in a posting routine.  He helped me give guidance to the young bucks regarding the pacing issue and not expending the load early.  Thanks brother.  Udder and Paper Jam made sure to round up the six.  T-claps men.  High plank with right arm forward, left leg high called.  Toolbag arrives and raises his right hand while standing.  YHC called out the good form.  Think Toolbag may have a VQ coming up on Saturday.  Good to meet Mojito.  Keep posting.  Think it was he, Utah, and Thunder Road finishing the block carry on the 1/2 Centurion Mile COP mosey.

Lastly, security guard came in hot.  Right after YHC told group to get off to the side to avoid a potential over-ambitious employee arrival.

Always a pleasure to lead this group of men.  Thankful for the ability to do so and for the fellowship of this morning.  Great way to start the day.

BRR 2017 – Through the South Charlotte Lens

Everything’s better with Cheddar

Please note this is a Backblast for all BRR teams so I will update it as you update your experiences on legs and other stuff on legs or miscellaneous. Just add them to the comments and I will update the backblast every few hours

So I am writing this BackBlast late but Tolkien will surely be proud of YHC. So let’s get straight to it. Yet another CSAUP event we are doing this year(why am I doing it every year and suffering…) Well this the team I led was F3 SOB (sorry YHC has no creativity in the team name) and we were pretty banged up from the start of this race. So to avoid personal embarrassment I will let you know what we were dealing with and not refer names. Our BTW our team ( Doc McStuffins, Soft Pretzel, Beaker, Cheddar, Itch, Nard Dog, Madam Tussard, Transporter, Mr Bean)

Team F3 SOB (Laundry List of Luxuries) – Randomly written down ,not in order

– Bummed Ankle with Peroneal tendonitis (alright that is YHC). Did not run 10 days before the   BRR

– Sharted like a week before while training for the BRR.

– Knee issues for a year

– Phlegm, Upper Resp Tract Infection , cough, cold and infected the whole BRR van (thanks bro). His daughter thought he was crazy doing this race #CSAUP

– Calves busted at the Brave .

– Calves busted here too

– 10 days before the Maul and he is limping.

– is actually fine

– Having some knee issues but making it there but was actually feeling good

So my main aim for this race is to lead my team and make sure I get my food . If you have even been once in F3 South Charlotte, Bean has told this story even if you dont want to hear for the 30th time he still told you how Cheddar forgot his food on BRR 2016. And also tripped him in Ballantyne which he actually tripped himself trying to catch YHC

So we decide to get no sleep really and leave Friday early morning at 3:30 (hmm 3:45 )

Van ride was good Beaker got us safely with some extra cup of joe from Itch

LEGS

#1

Doc starts us off with Dredd right next to him.  Pretty solid start there

#2

#3

#4 – 7 miles

Cheddar – So I start my leg pretty fine . I check my HR ….183 and that was my average over the leg. First leg trying not too fast straight from the start

Exchange #4 to #5 – So I get back and my team is not there and I am waiting… and waiting… twitter update looking for F3 SOB sent out. I can hear laughing in the background for sure. Turns out our team thought I was at exchange #5 to #6 and I lost nearly 10 minutes. Glass Joe helps me figure out where my team and I need to move!!  No worries I carry on and start #5. Oh by the way Mr Bean blames me for this mixup.

#5 – “You cant miss an exchange Trying to find a tall Indian fellow in the middle of Trumpville”

Cheddar – I ran about 0.8 miles and Itch come flying from the van and relieves me. No worries we are back on track and sequence.

#13 Hard 9 miles

Cheddar- I was feeling good. Until I got on Blue Ridge Parkway and I was zapped for energy . I am going to publicly admit I got passed so many times, I lost count. Pushing hard as I could . No energy thanks to 3 good bowel movements earlier (thinking my system is just a pipe with no absorption)

I start cramping about 2 miles to finish. It starts with one leg and its the cramp which you have to stop. Then I walk it out, 10 seconds later , the other leg!! Walk it out. There were people driving around encouraging me that the finish was close. I remember Prohibition passing me trying to push me on. We were both exhausted.

#22 – Easy 2.6 miles

Cheddar- Now I am feeling good, all stretched. Got some magic capsules from Transporter which has electrolytes and salt and good stuff. I run pretty hard trying to chase Prohibition. We start and end with the same small distance between us. We pushed each out pretty hard. Love you brother

#31- Mountain Goat #CheechStrong

Cheddar – I have been obsessed with this leg since 3 years. I finally get a chance to do this leg. I got my rhythm finally on my this leg. Personally think #33 is harder, maybe even #35 looks harder. But that might be because I got my legs back finally after running for 10 days before the BRR.

Near the top I meet Hope Solo from F3 Lexington , I shared my inspiration and shared some good fellowship after the tough loss of Cheech. We decided to push the last half a mile of #31 in memory of Cheech. Thanks for doing this with me Hope Solo, I need to catch up with you soon.

#33

I did see Itch pushing Nard Dog on the last few yards of this crazy Mountain Goat before the downhill starts. Inspired by Itch I do it too and help a pax on the Dredd/Turkey Legs Ultra team.

Exchange #33 to #34 Mr Bean, MT and Transporter huddle up to push as hard as they can so we can all finish strong. #HIM

#34

Cheddar tries to push MT on this leg and maybe as a pacer… Well well well, the pacer becomes the pacee. The last 0.5 miles I fell behind, and all I could do in my Indian Southern accent was “GO MT, You got it!!!”

#35

Cheddar sending a request to BRR to rate this as Mountain Goat. Will keep you updated

#36

Bean pushes hard and gets us through this one. Very strong effort

YHC gets to lead a takeout after the race. This race was special. After all we went through before the race. I have to say I was proud of our achievements. Great job F3 SOB

Great fellowship as always in BRR. I feel this race is more 2nd F and like it that way.  You will get to know Pax more(your team , other teams) be around them, smell each others gases in a van (no way out) and have some plain old fun. If you havent done it, you need to do it/

Big Shoutout to Commish for doing this for the first time #respect and also leading a team. Great job team F3 SOBeasts

This has been a great race. First time leading it. I learnt a lot and appreciate the opportunity from MT. The team  were even nice to let me go for a wedding do some Electric Slide  Cupid Shuffle just a few  hours after the BRR!!

Next up Isabella Santos 5k – Lets Support our local South Charlotte race for F3 Speed for Need
